About the Role

In this role, you will:

- Build and manage your own pipeline of residential lending clients

- Provide tailored lending solutions across owner-occupied,



investment, refinancing, and construction loans

- Guide clients through the end-to-end loan process

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and lenders

- Deliver exceptional customer service and advice throughout the client journey

- Actively grow your personal brand and business within the market

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer

- Relevant industry qualifications and lender accreditations

- A strong understanding of residential lending products and policies

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

- A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development

- The drive to build a sustainable and successful broking business
