About the Role

Are you an experienced rear Dump Truck and Multi Skilled Operators looking for a secure, long-term role with competitive pay?

We are currently seeking skilled and safety-focused Operators for ongoing, full-time opportunities at a mine site near Clermont. Work with high-performing crews operating top-tier heavy production equipment in the Bowen Basin.

Equipment Fleet:

You will be operating modern, well-maintained heavy production machinery:

- Rear Dump Truck: CAT 789

- Multi Skilled: CAT 777 D & F Water Trucks, CAT 16H & 18 Graders, CAT D10 & D11 Dozers

Please note that we are looking for multi skilled operators who have experience on Graders and Water Carts – other machinery experience in a bonus.

Key Requirements:

- Dump Truck Operators: Proven experience operating CAT Mechanical Rear Dump Trucks

- Multi Skilled Operators: Proven experience operating CAT Graders, Water Carts & Rear Dump Trucks

- Valid RIIs / Signed-off Skills List for relevant machinery

- Current Standard 11

- Current Coal Board Medical

- Valid C Class Driver’s License

- Ability to pass an Instant drug and alcohol assessment

- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and operational efficiency
