Gridsight is hiring a Senior/Staff Data Scientist (Optimisation) to design and run optimisation engines powering modern dynamic electricity grids. You will tackle constrained problems, forecast states, and evaluate current renewables applications, collaborating with the grid modelling team to convert requirements into scalable solutions.

We seek 5+ years in linear optimisation or related roles, strong Python skills, experience with OR-Tools or commercial solvers, and a track record of delivering
