United Workers Union is seeking a Senior Industrial Officer/Lawyer (5+ PQE) to advance members’ rights across Australia. The role, based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, involves providing expert industrial advice, representing members in courts and tribunals, and negotiating enterprise agreements.

You will shape campaigns, enforce workplace rights and support the union’s growth and member leadership in a dynamic, values-driven setting.
