You will report to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, advising the Board and leaders on complex issues, drafting contracts, and managing court proceedings.The role supports informed decision-making, risk mitigation, and the development of the Legal and Governance Branch, with mentorship and continuous improvement prospects.
