This role will work closely with Change & Learning, project delivery teams and business stakeholders to identify impacts early, build business readiness, and help ensure changes are successfully adopted and sustained post go-live.
This role suits someone who can translate technical change into explicit business impact, coordinate communications and deployment activity, and support a consistent, repeatable change approach in a fast-moving delivery environment.Required skillsProven experience in aChange Analyst / change management / business readiness role on technology or digital transformation initiativesExperience supporting data, reporting or analytics transformations(e.g.,
