Junction Support Services in Victoria is seeking a Residential Care Youth Worker to join our trauma-informed, supportive team.
You will provide day-to-day care, help young people build life skills, develop routines, and work toward their goals in a protected home workplace.Your duties include running the household, cooking meals, stocking supplies, transporting young people to appointments, administering and documenting medication, and collaborating with case managers, therapists and families.
