Coco Cubano Pacific Fair is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Cafe Manager (2IC) to co-lead our vibrant, rapid-paced café.
We have been part of the Pacific Fair community for 10 years, known for our all‐day breakfast, lunch, coffee and crafted cold drinks, and coastal-inspired vibe.
Key responsibilities
Lead, inspire and develop our high-performing team
Assist to manage daily operations, including rostering, stock, compliance, and recruitment
Maintain high-quality food, coffee, and service standards
An all-rounder who is willing to learn all parts of the business inc.
FOH, kitchen & management
Contribute to process improvements and menu innovation
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost control
About you




Hospitality leadership experience in a quick-paced café
Strong coffee knowledge and service focus
Knowledge and passion for food and beverage
Solid work ethic, excellent communication and team development skills
Maturity and initiative to help manage the venue
Full working rights and ability to pass a police check
