Full-Time | Gold Coast | Office-Based Role | 38 Hours Per Week (7:00am - 3:00pm)Focus Pest Management is seeking an organised and customer-focused Pre-Construction Schedulerto join our growing team on the Gold Coast.This is an office-based positionresponsible for coordinating bookings for termite management system installations on recent residential and commercial construction projects.
You will be the key point of contact for builders, site supervisors and internal teams, ensuring projects are scheduled accurately and completed on time.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive booking requests via phone and email from builders and construction companies.Schedule termite management installations and inspections.Coordinate technicians and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on schedule.Maintain accurate job records, schedules and documentation.Communicate with builders, site supervisors and homeowners regarding booking requirements.Monitor upcoming work and proactively manage scheduling conflicts.Assist with general customer service and administrative duties as required.About YouPrevious experience in customer service, scheduling or administration.Experience within the construction, building,
