Journey Early Learning Parap, opening November in Parap, is recruiting an Educational Leader to shape pedagogy, mentor educators, and establish a culture of quality from day one. You will work closely with the Centre Manager and founding team to implement EYLF-aligned practice across the service.

You will lead on floor-based modelling, build high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement to ensure outstanding educational outcomes for children and families in this current centre.
