You will report to the Group Head of Risk, Safety and Food Safety and lead a team of Safety Partners and Injury Support Officers protecting 3,600+ Harris Farmers.
The role demands extensive WHS expertise, senior stakeholder influence, and a drive to embed safety as a core business value, going beyond compliance.
