You will support core clinical systems and create user-focused training materials, including videos and eLearning, to drive system adoption.
Collaborating with the Digital PMO and Applications teams, you will design sessions, provide first-level support, and assist with system upgrades and documentation to ensure high-quality training across the organisation.
