Cardón on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across the Restaurant and Bar, lead private functions and corporate events, and drive exceptional guest experiences.
You will recruit and mentor a front-of-house team, manage rosters and labour budgets, and ensure compliance with food safety and licensing.
A seven-day, rotating roster including evenings and weekends is required.
