CHP Management is a boutique commercial property management company based in Hawthorn. We are seeking a motivated Facilities Manager to support the Property Manager with repairs, maintenance, and risk & compliance across a CBD retail asset.
The role is in office in the CBD and at our Hawthorn office. You will update contractor lists, oversee preventative maintenance contracts, ensure asset presentation meets company standards, and coordinate inspections and file management.
