You will provide patient-centred nursing care in a multidisciplinary setting, focusing on protected, compassionate rehabilitation and team-oriented care planning.
Ideal candidates have at least 12 months post-registration experience in acute or rehab settings, solid assessment and communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centred care aligned with Barwon Health values.
