In this community-based role supporting NDIS participants, you will provide client-centered occupational therapy across a diverse, mixed caseload (infants to seniors).

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver evidence-based community and home interventions for NDIS participants.
Work with a diverse caseload spanning early intervention, pediatrics, adults, and aged care.
Maintain a manageable daily billable target of 5.5 hours per day .
Collaborate with participants, families, carers, and multidisciplinary providers to support functional goal achievement.
Complete timely clinical documentation,



functional capacity evaluations, and NDIS reports.
Key Qualifications Requirements Experience: Open to Junior through Senior clinicians (1 to 2+ years of clinical OT experience minimum).
Skilled Registration: Full registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
Location Mobility: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits across Western Melbourne.
Clearances: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC Victoria).
