We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Logan Hyperdome Creative store, managing a large team and driving sales and profit through store excellence, stock management and exceptional customer experience.

Role Responsibilities

- Coordinate the full employee life cycle
- Build and develop a customer‑service focused team
- Achieve sales growth and meet store KPI targets
- Launch catalogue campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives
- Daily stock recovery & replenishment
- Implement stock‑integrity initiatives to increase department profit




- Manage high‑volume stock movement efficiently

The Ideal Candidate

- Robust time management and multitasking skills
- Experience in visual merchandising and activity set‑up
- Physically capable of handling large volumes of stock
- Owner’s mindset with a passion for inspiring the team
- Resilient, innovative problem‑solver
- Ability to analyse sales, reporting and P&L; data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competency
- First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
