Job Description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Supply Specialists to join our team in Guam, Australia, Japan, Korea and the Philippines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Serves as the final Technical Authority for the physical execution of supply class management and material distribution.
n
- Approve localized technical procedures for equipment handling, validate material serviceability records, and authorize priority release sequences for mission-essential supplies.
n
- Provide strategic oversight for the physical integration of diverse supply classes into the regional logistics network.
n
- Validates the technical execution of supply class support for Special Operations missions across the Pacific region.
n
- Authorize the movement of high-priority Class II, IV, VII, and IX sets to forward-deployed maritime and expeditionary sites.
n
- Serve as the Primary Technical Lead for coordinating physical supply actions with regional Mission Partners and theater sustainment commands.
n
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
n

Minimum Qualifications:

n

Lead Level

n

n
- High school diploma and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (a candidate holding a relevant Bachelor's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education).
n
- Experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for technical program deliverables.
n

n

Senior Level

n

n




- High school diploma and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (a candidate holding a relevant Bachelor's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education).
n
- Experience in technical quality gate oversight and formal document approval.
n

n

Midlevel

n

n
- High school diploma and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (a candidate holding a relevant Bachelor's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education).
n
- Ability to draft technical documentation and follow established SOPs.
n

n

Junior Level

n

n
- High school diploma.
n
- Ability to follow established SOPs and assist in drafting technical documentation.
n

n

Preferred Qualifications:

n

n
- Associate's degree in Logistics or a related field.
n
- Skilled certification in supply management.
n
- Extensive experience with USSOCOM or USPACOM supply class operations.
n

n

Clearance Required:

n

n
- Must hold an active Public Trust Clearance.
n

n

Physical Requirements:

n

n
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
n
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
n
