The Opportunity
As the first person our clients meet, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. You will also be the friendly face of our clinic and a vital support to our clinical team, helping us deliver seamless, top-notch care to all of our patients.
This is a part-time position involving an expected workload of 23 hours per week.
Your key duties will include but not be limited to:
- Greeting clients warmly and managing front desk operations.
- Scheduling appointments and handling phone and email enquiries.
- Processing payments and managing health fund claims.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure seamless practice operations.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will be someone who:
- Has minimum 6 months' experience in a healthcare or reception role with experience using medical practice management software (highly advantageous).
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Is proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning current software.
