Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Sola Restaurant & Bar, Deli Cafe and hotel pop-up venues.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests and developing a high-performing team. You’ll take ownership of the restaurant and bar experience, driving service standards, team engagement and commercial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the daily operations of Sola Restaurant & Bar, Deli Cafe and hotel pop-up venuesInspire, coach and develop the Food & Beverage teamCreate memorable guest experiences and drive service excellenceManage guest feedback and confidently resolve service issuesOversee restaurant presentation,



beverage service and complianceManage stock, costs and daily operational requirementsWork closely with Kitchen and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Minimum 3 years experience leading a restaurant, bar or Food & Beverage operationStrong leadership skills and a passion for developing peopleA genuine focus on guest experience and service excellenceStrong knowledge of restaurant and beverage operationsCommercial awareness and experience managing costs and budgetsExcellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysExperience with Micros, Opera and 7Rooms is highly desirable
