About The Role:
Australian Lawn Concepts is looking to employ a committed individual to work within all areas of turf production. This varied role will see you operate tractors and turf harvesters. Main role will be working with the harvesting and ferrying team.
As well as the stand-alone work you'll also be collaborating with the rest of our team.

About You:
- Experience operating agricultural equipment is a must
- Minimum 6-12 months of agricultural equipment operating experience required
- Turf industry experience a plus
- Current Drivers License (C class) and vehicle to get to and from work
- Flexible – there is some seasonal weekend and night shift work (approx 6 months afternoon/night shift)
- Proven history of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willing to undergo all jobs associated with turf production
- A commitment to continued improvement, learning and a positive safety culture
