Offering a freshly, purpose built clinic space near Darra, they're seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist ready to step into a leadership role and shape the future of the occupational therapy service within their practice.

- Competitive Salary: Earn between $110,000–$125,000 + Super with flexibility for the right candidate
- Bonus Structure: Recieve an additional 50% of the charge-out rate for exeeding your billable target.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a hybrid role tailored to your preferences, with a 70% clinic / 30% community split. No home visits – only visits to kindergartens and schools.
- Flexible Hours: Option to work a 9-day fortnight with fairly set working hours from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

- Professional Development: Access $2,000 annually for CPD, 2 paid CPD days, weekly case discussions, and training sessions every Friday.

The Role:
- Your Caseload: Work with a diverse caseload (ages 0-18), with opportunities to expand to adults if desired.
- Focus on early intervention and support for neurodivergent conditions such as ASD and ADHD.
- Manageable Billable: Take on a maximum caseload of 23 clients per week to ensure clinician wellbeing, this includes leadership responsibilities. .
- No pressure—caseloads gradually increase, with the first three months focused on onboarding and support.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Leadership experience; supervising juniors and providing PD to your team
- AHPRA registration
