Are you an experienced Rostering or Scheduling Officer who understands the complexities of delivering services to people in their own homes?
We are partnering with one of Australia's largest community services providers as they continue to grow, and are looking for an experienced Rostering & Scheduling Officer to join their team on a temporary basis with the chance to go Perm after 3 months.
This is a busy role where you'll be responsible for ensuring clients receive the right support at the right time, while making the best use of the available workforce.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and maintaining client rosters
- Scheduling frontline/community-based workers
- Responding quickly to changes, cancellations and gaps in rosters
- Liaising with clients, workers and internal care teams
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Maintaining accurate information across rostering and client systems
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure continuity of care
You'll ideally have:
- Previous rostering or scheduling experience within NDIS, Support at Home, aged care, disability or community services
- Experience managing complex and changing rosters
- Strong systems and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with clients and frontline employees
- The ability to stay calm and organised when things change quickly
