- Salaries starting at $80,000 - $90,000 + Super depending on experience
- Adult Caseload (ages 16+ Years) in community settings with a central office hub for support
- Provide AT, Home Mods, Equipment Prescription and some mental health supports

New Grad Support on Offer:

- Weekly 1:1 Supervision - with a Senior OT with 8+ Years experience
- Structured Onboarding: Onboarding modules and shadowing to ease your transition into the role
- Gradual increase of caseload: over 3-6 months depending on your needs
- Team Mentoring: Join a team where most OTs have 2+ years’ experience, including two Senior Occupational Therapists with 8+ years’ experience
- Program Leader: Led by a dedicated program lead with 8 years of clinical experience and a focus on supporting new grads

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
