Forsyth Real Estate is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Rose Bay team full-time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping things running smoothly and delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Rent collection, arrears and trust accounting
- Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Lease renewals and tenancy documentation
- Keeping on top of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance
- Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
- Maintaining accurate property records and reporting

What we're looking for

We'd love to meet someone who has:

- At least 3 years' residential property management experience
- Strong trust accounting experience
- Good knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- Great communication and people skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail




- Experience with property management software
- A current driver's license
- Relevant real estate qualifications/licensing
