DroneShield is seeking an experienced FPGA & DSP Team Lead to head the Sydney-based FPGA & DSP Engineering team. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering, guiding RF solutions, multi-FPGA architectures and real-time DSP tasks.

You will design, verify, and optimize FPGA-based systems, implement automated verification and deployment pipelines, and collaborate withHardware Manager to align with product goals and Agile processes.
