Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated people to join our friendly, family-oriented team. We have opportunities for experienced tradespeople as well as Trades Assistants who are keen to develop their skills in the heavy vehicle manufacturing industry. Positions Available

- Boilermakers / Welders
- Vehicle Body Builders
- Truck & Trailer Fitters
- Trades Assistants (TA)

About You We are looking for people who have:

- Experience with MIG welding in a workshop environment
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings (preferred)
- Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Role-specific requirements: Boilermaker / Welder / Panel Beater

- Trade qualified (or equivalent industry experience)
- Minimum 5 years' experience preferred
- Experience working with structural steel and heavy fabrication

Vehicle Body Builder





- Experience building truck bodies and/or trailers

Fitter

- At least 1 year of experience in the truck and trailer industry

Trades Assistant

- Keen to learn and develop into a qualified Boilermaker, Welder or Fitter
- Previous workshop experience is advantageous but not essential

Panel Beater / Sheet Metal Worker

- Trade qualified (or equivalent industry experience)
- Minimum 5 years' experience preferred
- Proficient in cutting, bending, folding, and aligning custom truck/trailer panels and components
- Experience with metal finishing, surface alignment, and panel repairs

Your Responsibilities Depending on your role, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of:

- Tipper Trailers
- Dog Trailers
- Tag Trailers
- Float Trailers
- Truck Bodies

You will:

- Manufacture and assemble components from engineering drawings
- Perform fabrication, welding, fitting and assembly tasks
- Work safely while maintaining high quality standards
