Mareeba Aged Care in Lithgow, NSW, AU is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse & Care Leader to guide the nursing team in a residential aged care setting. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care while mentoring staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with the Care Manager and leadership team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Part time with stable shifts; locum cover 2-8 November 2026.
