At The Alpha School System (TASS), we're continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Team Leader, Marketing to lead our marketing team and own the events and campaigns that put TASS in front of schools across Australia.

The Role

As our Team Leader, Marketing, you'll lead a small, capable team, setting the standard for campaigns, content and brand, while personally driving our conferences, user groups, webinars and school‑facing events from concept to delivery. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll be the person who turns strategy into action and watches the team and the brand grow because of it.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop your marketing team, building a culture that's collaborative, accountable and customer‑focused
- Own the planning, coordination and delivery of key events, including conferences, user groups, webinars and school‑facing engagements, start to finish
- Manage the details that make events land,



including logistics, run‑sheets, vendors, collateral and promotion
- Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, events, email and social, working closely with Sales to keep lead generation and pipeline aligned
- Help shape the annual marketing strategy and turn it into campaign schedules and content plans that get results
- Set the bar for marketing content and brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
- Guide digital activity across website, SEO and analytics, keeping reporting sharp and insights front of mind

What We're Looking For

- Four to seven years' experience in marketing, including leadership or senior coordination responsibility
- A track record of leading or coordinating events, from planning through to delivery
- Genuine experience developing people and leading a small team to strong performance
- Background in delivering multi‑channel campaigns, digital marketing and content programs
- SaaS, software or EdTech experience is highly regarded
- Solid planning, project management and communication skills, backed by an analytical mindset
