IFYS in Burpengary is seeking a Case Manager to lead a residential program and supervise a team of Residential Youth Workers, delivering high standards of care. You will be accountable for day-to-day operations, safety, hygiene, documentation, and implementing Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Sanctuary training to support trauma-informed care for young people.
