Bridge Demolition De-Construction Worker with Ironbark Demolition, a company specializing in the deconstruction of timber, steel and concrete bridges. This is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. You will work interstate throughout Queensland and Recent South Wales on various job sites, and in the Ironbark Demolition yard located in Boonah when not on site. Work hours will vary depending on job sites and range from day shifts (6:30am to 5:30pm) or night shifts, with some weekend work. Medical clearance category 3 is required.
Key responsibilities
Working interstate throughout Queensland and New South Wales
Performing physically demanding manual tasks
Operating machinery and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety protocols
Working in the IBD Boonah yard when not on job site locations in NSW and Queensland
About you
Physical fitness and capacity for manual work including lifting, pushing and pulling
A reliable vehicle and valid manual license
A strong work ethic and commitment to attendance, productivity and safety
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities
Basic knowledge of mechanics for unbolting and operating power tools

Experience in a similar construction demolition or laboring role (preferred but not required)
Cert 3 in Civil Construction Plant Operators (an advantage)
Ability to complete onboarding requirements via mobile phone or computer
