SVHA Melbourne is seeking experienced casual Ward Clerks and Customer Experience Officers to cover shifts across Fitzroy, East Melbourne, Kew and Werribee. You will support patient flow, handle enquiries, and deliver friendly, qualified service to patients and staff.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including night duty, is required. Prior hospital and/or customer service experience and familiarity with hospital information systems are highly valued.
