Smart Energy is seeking an experienced Escalations Manager to own complex customer cases and drive improvements across our Byron Bay head office. You will advocate for customers, balance empathy with decisive action, and work with Compliance, Operations and leadership to resolve issues without defaulting to compensation.
The role is full time, based in Byron Bay, and focuses on tough escalations, training teams, and improving processes to reduce complaints and ensure regulatory compliance.
