Job Description

GrainCorp in Hopetoun is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee day-to-day grain receival, storage and outload operations, focusing on safety, efficiency and teamwork.

You will supervise a large seasonal workforce across multiple sites, assist with budgeting and KPI attainment, and build robust relationships with growers and customers while participating in training, safety and quality initiatives.
