We’re looking for a capable, organised and proactive Scheduling Administration Officer to join our fast-paced solar team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has strong administration skills and enjoys coordinating with builders, supervisors, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving efficiently.
About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling upcoming solar installations with builders, site supervisors and retail clients
- Liaising with clients daily to provide updates, answer enquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the installation process
- Processing Ergon and Formbay rebate applications
- Ordering stock, materials and assisting with stocktake
- General administrative duties including answering phones and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
- Supporting the team to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience in any of the following; scheduling, administration, construction, electrical or renewable energy industry roles (Minimum 2 years)
- Have experience using Xero or other account management software (Highly regarded, not essential)
- Have strong computer skills (Experience using Excel & Microsoft Office programs will be highly regarded)
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills and time management skills
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
