SWSLHD Asset and Facilities Management Online Administrator (Health Manager Lvl 2) - Perm FT
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with the ability to accurately manage large volumes of asset and facilities management data. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with people, providing training and support to users, and building effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. With experience administering or supporting asset management, maintenance management or facilities systems such as AFMO, IBM TRIRIGA or similar platforms, you will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to produce meaningful reports, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing system enhancements. You are motivated by the opportunity to play a key role in a significant district-wide asset management initiative that supports healthcare facilities and services across South Western Sydney. Relevant qualifications in facilities management, asset management, engineering, information and communications technology, or equivalent experience, together with a current Australian Driver Licence, will be highly regarded.
Selection Criteria
- Appropriate diploma or degree in facilities management, asset management, engineering, ICT, or equivalent experience.
- Describe your experience administering, supporting or improving an asset, maintenance, facilities management or other information management system. Include examples of how you have managed data quality, reporting, user support, system configuration or process improvement activities.
- This role requires collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders to implement new processes and systems across multiple sites. Please provide an example of how you successfully worked with different teams to achieve a common outcome, including any training, communication or change management activities you delivered.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
