We are looking for a well-presented Administration/Customer Service professional to work in our client’s sales office from Saturday through to Wednesday each week for this 3 week temp assignment.
This is a front of house role where you would be welcoming and assisting visitors to the sales office as well as undertaking varied administration duties to support the team.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting visitors to the sales centre
- General administration and sales centre support
- Responding to general enquiries
- Maintaining the presentation and day-to-day operation of the sales centre
- Assisting Sales team with diverse Administration duties including updating and maintaining databases, emails, typing, data entry etc.
Important: This role is working Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday through the course of the assignment,
so you must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays for weekends commencing from Saturday 12 September through to Sunday 04 October 2026.
There is also potential for some further weekend work down the track to cover planned leave periods.
Professional presentation, a good customer service manner and sound admin skills are essential. A certificate of registration and prior experience in Real Estate, Display Homes, Land Sales or related type offices would be an advantage.
