Job Description
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - MICE to drive current corporate and meetings revenue in the Hunter Valley. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and position the resort as a premier destination for conferences, retreats, and events.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with Events, Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue teams, and maintain CRM records and forecasts to maximise long-term partnerships.
