Dulce Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as AG Playscapes is a growing, dynamic company that operates across the East Coast of Australia installing outdoor play spaces within early education environments. We specialize in nature play, rubber and artificial grass surfacing, shade solutions and building custom timber play equipment.

We are looking for experienced and hardworking landscapers to join our growing team in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Landscaper.

This role is hands‑on and will require you to be motivated, fit, enthusiastic, a team player, and an excellent communicator.

Please note, the position will be based in the Brisbane area, however there may be times when you are required to travel interstate to VIC & NSW.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Completing end to end construction of playscapes, gardens and landscapes including, but not limited to; excavation, levelling, paving, timber work, stonework, concreting, laying turf, pruning, planting, mulching and irrigation and site clean‑up.
- Working closely with managers and the team to deliver high‑quality projects.




- Reading and interpreting plans and designs, selecting materials and plants, and scheduling playscapes/landscaping construction.
- Setting out and installing playscapes, gardens and landscapes.
- Constructing retaining walls, drainage, fences, and pergolas.
- Operating machinery in a safe manner ensuring all OHS policies and procedures are adhered to.

About You

- Have at least one year of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Hold (or able to obtain) a valid Blue Card / Working with Children’s check.
- Have an excellent work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards work.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be a team player.
- Have reliable transport and a Driver’s License.
- Machine experience and tickets are an advantage but not necessarily required.
- A Certificate IV in a relevant area, would be highly regarded.

Remuneration $83,200 per year Full time - 40 hours per week
