As an Operator Maintainer, you'll work within a highly secure and technically sophisticated environment while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of living on the doorstep of the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef. This is not a FIFO position. As an Operator Maintainer, you'll support the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure and facilities, performing preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance across mechanical, electrical and refrigeration systems. Working within a close-knit team, you'll be responsible for:

- Preventative and corrective maintenance activities
- HVAC and refrigeration system maintenance
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Supporting operational readiness and facility performance
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

The role requires someone who can work autonomously, solve problems independently and thrive in a remote operational environment.

You’ll Ideally Bring

- A recognised electrical, mechanical or refrigeration trade qualification
- Experience working independently in technical maintenance environments
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- A safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience supporting communications infrastructure, defence systems, radar, control systems or remote operations environments will be highly regarded.
