The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:

n

n
- Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transporting transportation,
n
- Assists to direct traffic in the hotel's driveway,
n
- Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,
n
- Assists to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department,
n
- Supervises employees within the department, making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained,
n

n

Qualifications

n

To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

n

n
- Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills,
n
- Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Opera,




n
- Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels,
n
- Good knowledge of Sydney,
n
- Ability to organize the driveway,
n
- Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry.
n
- Valid Australian Licence is a must
n
