Your Role

n

PHSA are seeking Labour Market Analysts to assist in conducting labour market research and preparing reports.

n

A background in rehabilitation, employment services, recruitment would be ideal, however structured on the job training is provided. Demonstrated experience with cold canvassing and cold-calling is essential as the role involves cold canvassing employers to find out more about various jobs and occupations.

What You'll Need

- Ability to cold canvass prospective employers to obtain information about the physical, psychological and skill requirements of a job in addition to potential earnings
n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n




- Report writing on labour market research conducted
n
- Canvassing and identifying work trial and employment opportunities to share to our Employment Consultants
n
- Excellent oral, aural and written communication skills
n
- Unrestricted drivers licence and access to own vehicle
