Metro North Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Quality and Safety Specialist within the Heart Lung Program at The Prince Charles Hospital. You will lead quality improvement initiatives, contribute to governance, and apply evidence-based nursing practice to enhance patient safety and care quality.

The role provides education to nursing staff, supports policy development, audits, incident reviews, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement.
