We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Electrical Recycling / Warehouse Operators to join our team in Villawood. This is a hands-on role working in a loud and dusty environment, sorting and processing a wide range of electrical goods and materials.

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Electrical Recycling / Warehouse Operators to join our team in Villawood. This is a hands-on role working in a loud and dusty environment, sorting and processing a wide range of electrical goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend a daily toolbox meeting each morning
- Sort and process electrical goods including TVs, microwaves, monitors, toasters, coffee machines, printers, UPS systems, speakers and more
- Use power tools and hand tools including knives, cutters, screwdrivers and hammers to dismantle products and remove parts and batteries
- Sort materials such as cables, batteries, CDs and other components
- Manually lift and move bins, cages and electrical appliances
- Work across different areas of the site as required




- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Wear required PPE, including masks, earmuffs, gloves and long sleeves
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

About You

- Previous warehouse, recycling, production or similar experience is highly regarded
- Must be confident using power tools
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Able to lift up to 20kg
- Comfortable working in a loud and dusty environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
- Strong commitment to workplace safety

What's on Offer?

- $38 per hour
- Monday-Friday, 7:0am-3:00pm
- Temp-to-permanent prospect

Group Interview & Site Walkthrough

Group interviews will be held on Tuesday, 1 September and Wednesday, 2 September.

Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to attend a site walkthrough and see the working environment before commencing.
