Responsibilities and Duties
- Install, Service & Repair Commercial Roller Shutters / Doors, Rapid Doors, Sectional Doors, Impact Swing Doors, and Strip Screens across all territories.
- Travel as required for onsite works, including extended stays away from home from time to time.
- Attend sites, complete inductions, sign in, and follow all documented service procedures.
- Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up after maintenance work.
- Be available for on-call service work as required.
- Be available for overtime and night works from time to time.
- Conduct pre-site evaluations, including taking measurements, photographs, and providing professional advice for installations and service work.
Housekeeping & Safety Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and company vehicle.
- Ensure full compliance with company health and safety policies and procedure
Required Skills:
- Experience in roller shutters and or high speed doors will be highly regarded
- Mechanical aptitude
- Work requires professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
- A Forklift licence will be well regarded
- An EWP up to 11m will be well regarded
- A white card will be required
