Role: Sales Representative - No Experience Required - Paid Training Provided

Location: Homebush (Relocating to Parramatta in late-2026)

Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Monday to Friday with 8:30 am starts)

As Duo Group continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, develop strong communication and relationship-management skills, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Conducting outbound sales calls to introduce and sell our products

Following proven sales scripts to promote product benefits and overcome initial objections.

Build and maintain positive relationships through phone conversations and networking events

Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service





Work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals

The successful candidate will have the following:

Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre or outbound calling experience is advantageous, but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence speaking with a diverse range of clients

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Thrive in rapid-paced environments

Available to work onsite full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
