My Guardian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to drive headcount growth, engaging and onboarding top-tier talent to meet the organisation’s needs. This is a full time, onsite role located at our head office in Sydney Olympic Park.
You will source via job boards, social media and your own networking; screen with sharp interviews; partner with Hiring Managers to understand gaps and market trends; and manage the offer process, salary negotiations and onboarding hand-off.
