We're looking for a superstar Educator (Cert III ideal, will consider Traineeship for the right candidate). We'll also consider permanent part-time if you think that's more suitable for you and it works for us - our mindset is to make it work for the right people because life and priorities absolutely matter!

We could go on forever about all of the positives but truth be told, our only advice is to follow you gut. You'll know when you see the centre, meet us and the team and your intuition will guide you as to whether all of the things above hold steadfast and true.

Does this sound like you?

A certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, recognised by ACECQA). Trainees will be considered.

A current Working with Children Check (WWCC), GECKO training complete, Child Protection Certificate and National Police Check

Preferred: Current first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, asthma management and Red Nose Training (all of our Educators have these, as paid for by the company)

A current certificate in CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report children and young people at risk

CHCPRT025 certification may be obtained either prior to application or after commencement of employment.

A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early childhood education.

Experience with OWNA desirable

Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach.

Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

A genuine passion for fostering curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in young children.
