The Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) is seeking a Change Manager to report to the Head of Enterprise Change. The role leads enterprise-wide change initiatives, focusing on stakeholder engagement, innovation, and the embedding of change across the organisation.
You will work with cross-functional project teams to deliver priority transformation projects, contribute to change governance, readiness assessments, training and communications, and support leaders to strengthen change capability
