Responding to listed maintenance requests from residents or directions by staff

Performing routine safety checks and preventative maintenance

Keeping all areas protected, functional and well presented

Assist with resident functions setup etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Moving furniture, equipment and supplies as required

- Responding to listed maintenance requests from residents or directions by staff

- Performing routine safety checks and preventative maintenance

- Keeping all areas safe, functional and well presented

- Assist with resident functions setup etc.

About You





- Physically fit, energetic, and capable of regular lifting, bending, climbing and manual work

- We welcome applications from female candidates who enjoy practical, hands-on work and contributing to Resident wellbeing

- Comfortable undertaking a mix of maintenance, outdoor work and light housekeeping duties

- Enjoys active, hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor environments

- Practical and resourceful, with good general maintenance skills

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

- Respectful, patient and friendly when dealing with older residents

- Previous experience in maintenance, trades, handyman work or housekeeping is an advantage

- Current driver’s license required
